About us

Studio Cincotti was founded in Milano in 1964 by Marco Cincotti and works in Loss Adjusting and Claims Management sector on behalf of the major insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, industrial and commercial groups, real estate companies, public institutions and civil risks sector.

Our activities cover both risk analysis and evaluation and settlement of property damages and of indirect damages resulting from business interruption.

The service involves activities for the rescue of hit goods and for the mitigation of damages through plans for the recovery of production activities.

Our activity is strengthen by a great deal of experience, since 1964, in the area of fire losses, thefts, natural and industrial Disasters, railway or plane crashes, machinery breakdowns, damages connected to construction of civil and industrial works, liability damages, and business interruption damages.

Furthermore, we have a business line specifically devoted to areas of general liability, product liability, and pollution liability.

Our Indirect Losses division is devoted to damages caused by business interruptions (Loss Of Profit and Advanced Loss Of Profit).

Recently, we have widened our experiences related to Aviation accidents as well; this lead us to establish a partnership with Erget Group, whose branch Erget Aerospace is recognized as leader in the management of Aerospace losses worldwide.
